Fully automatic sol batching systemIt is designed by our company based on the actual production situation of soft capsules, which can strictly follow specific production processes to reduce human intervention in the production process and ensure the consistency of each batch of glue or material.

Fully automatic sol batching systemUsing microcomputer management, the temperature, pressure, feeding sequence, feeding timing, mixing time, and blending time inside the tank are controlled throughout the entire process according to process requirements. The main material (such as gelatin) is automatically weighed and the amount of auxiliary materials (such as water and glycerol) is automatically calculated and added to the tank to complete all blending tasks.

The management system can form data formulas based on different soft capsule production processes, backup and archive all process parameters for easy retrieval when reused, making it simple and efficient.

This system includes a vacuum mixing system (vacuum mixing tank, buffer tank, condensing tank), hot water tank, hot water circulation pump, water ring vacuum pump, circulating water system, weighing system, and control unit.
