HSXG-2 Box type Drying MachineThis is a soft capsule drying equipment carefully designed by our company based on the characteristics of the soft capsule drying process, combined with domestic and foreign soft capsule drying technology, and comprehensively using dew point dehumidification and rotary dehumidification composite technology, in accordance with GMP requirements.

The machine adopts a closed design, compact structure, small footprint, and fully utilizes the drying air provided by the dehumidification system, with fast drying speed and high production efficiency; This machine automatically pours and flips materials, and the soft capsules are not squeezed during the drying process, solving the strict requirements for the environment and operators in the traditional tray drying process, and significantly shortening the drying time of soft capsules. It is an ideal equipment for drying single variety production.

HSXG-2 Box type Drying MachineIt consists of a composite dehumidification refrigeration system, a material conveying system, and an electrical control system.

The composite dehumidification refrigeration system is composed of two 2.5P refrigeration units and one rotary dehumidifier. The refrigeration compressor and dehumidification wheel are both matched with high-quality imported products, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the system.

The comprehensive application of low-temperature dehumidification technology, using a combination of dew point dehumidification and low-temperature rotary dehumidification processes, accurately controls the temperature and humidity of the drying space, ensuring the efficient and stable drying of soft capsules.

The dry space adopts a box type enclosed structure, with high dehumidification efficiency and no special requirements for environmental temperature and humidity.

Adopting step drying technology, fully and reasonably utilizing low-temperature and low humidity drying air in sections, coupled with intelligent temperature and humidity control, efficient and energy-saving.

The stainless steel conveyor belt is used for quantitative conveying and achieves timed automatic pill flipping. During the drying process, the soft capsules are not squeezed or adhered.

By adjusting the frequency of the conveyor belt, the drying time can be accurately controlled to meet the drying requirements of different shapes and sizes.

The whole machine is easy to operate, convenient to use, improves working conditions, and reduces the labor intensity of operators.
