Overview
The fully automatic sterile inspection and cultivation system is an intelligent instrument specifically designed for drug sterile inspection. It consists of a constant temperature cultivation box, an automated detection unit, a cultivation container, and a microbial growth signal sensor. The principle is based on the CO2 generated by microbial respiration, which causes a change in the color of the sensor on the culture container. The device's visual camera continuously scans the sensor image and corresponding QR code, and the computer system performs visual analysis and converts it into a growth signal. Based on the trend analysis of the change and specialized algorithms, the sterile inspection results are judged.
