Fuxi Intelligent Adjustment PositionerUsing neural network control algorithm, the stroke is divided into n segments, optimizing more suitable compensation pulses, suitable for use at gas source pressures of 1.4 bar~7 bar. Adopt self-tuning method for pneumatic actuators of different volumes, configure different control parameters, and adapt to pneumatic actuators of different volumes. By recording the pulse changes at different temperatures through experiments and analyzing the data, a temperature pulse correction formula was fitted, and the output value was the sum of the normal calculated value and the correction value. Combined with a wide temperature characteristic electrical conversion module, it adapted to different temperature conditions by adding a prediction zone. When the control deviation entered the prediction zone, the deviation change rate was monitored, and the reverse pulse was activated in a timely manner to adapt to large inertia load valves, such as chemical heating furnace air door baffles.

Adopting initial pulse control, neural network control algorithm, segmented stroke, suitable for high friction valves such as oxygen valves
