GLZ300 Large Dry Granulator
Working principle of dry granulation:
Dry granulation is the process of using crystalline water in materials to directly degas, pre shrink, and press the material (powder) into thin sheets through hydraulic pressure. After being processed by a crushing system, graded dust removal and recovery processes, it is made into dry particles that meet customer requirements.
According to the principle of mechanical extrusion granulation process, the prepared dry powder or fine crystal raw materials with a certain amount of crystal water are extruded into thin sheets, and then processed through the granulation system and screened into particles of the desired size.
Raw materials can be manually or vacuum fed into the hopper, transported and compressed by vertically placed feeding screws, and pushed to the bite angle of two extrusion rollers; Squeezing raw materials into thin sheets through horizontally placed rollers (the speed of the rollers determines the duration of the material's stay in the roller pressing zone); The pressure required for the material is linearly transmitted to the pressure roller through a hydraulic device, and the vertically arranged pressure rollers can ensure the density of the material. According to different particle size requirements, the mesh size of the sieve in the equipment granulation system can be replaced with each other.

The Guolang GLZ300 fully automatic dry granulation machine has a novel design: a water cooling system (which can be configured separately according to the heat of the material), an electrical monitoring system, a reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, and no tetrafluoroethylene powder or metal substances in the particles. It is well made, adopts German production technology, equipped with an automatic feeding system, easy to assemble, disassemble, clean and maintain, and meets the requirements of various domestic GMP quality certifications.
The machine consists of lifting, feeding, tablet pressing, granulation, hydraulic, cooling, frame, outer sealing, and electrical components.
① The lifting part is achieved by hydraulic lifting cylinders to raise and lower the feeding mechanism, controlled by limit switches, and interlocked with feeding, pressing, and whole granule.
②The pressure section is supplied with oil to the oil cylinder by an electric vane pump, which is stabilized by an accumulator. The upper and lower pressure limits are set using an electric contact pressure gauge.
③ The tablet press is driven by an electric motor to drive a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which rotates the transmission shaft and drives the relative rotation of the two pressure wheels to work together with pressure, compressing the powder into flakes. According to the compressibility of different materials, the speed of the pressure roller can be infinitely adjusted (variable frequency speed regulation).
④ The whole granulation part is driven by a variable frequency speed regulating motor to rotate the granulation blade, shaping the sheet material into the required particles and discharging them in the mesh.
⑤The feeding part is driven by an electric motor to pre press and degas the powder using a double cone screw with unequal pitch. According to the performance of different materials, the feeding speed can be infinitely adjusted (variable frequency speed regulation).
⑥ Cooling can be achieved by using tap water or cooling water, which is forcibly cooled on the surface of the pressure wheel through the HS-X32A bidirectional inner tube rotary joint via the shaft hole.
The electrical control component is a 380V power supply, consisting of electrical components and circuits such as frequency converters/PLCs/touch screens, which control the feeding, pressing, and granulation through stepless speed regulation.
