Garbage disposal has become an increasingly concerned issue for the country and people. If plastic bags, fruit peels, mobile phones, computers and other garbage in daily life are not effectively treated, they will cause significant pollution to the environment. Our company spent three years producing a garbage carbonization machine based on market demand and years of drying experience. This carbonization machine can effectively process garbage into charcoal powder.

This machine adopts a double layered multi-channel structure design, mainly composed of a drying host, a carbonization host, and other accessories. This is composed of transmission part, frame part, drying part, flash evaporation layer, carbonization layer, feed and bulk material part, discharge and cooling part, flue gas reignition, water curtain dust removal, gasifier part and related pipelines. Mobile walking parts (customized parts) can be added according to user needs.

The main advantages of Jieheng garbage carbonization machine equipment are:

1. The structure of the upper and lower layers allows the lower level equipment to come into contact with the hot air source as much as possible, thereby improving the efficiency of heat utilization from the source;

2. The second layer of equipment fully utilizes the residual heat of carbonized flue gas for flash evaporation of materials, which is the second time that the heat utilization efficiency has been improved;

3. The optimized centralized design of multiple channels, including the exhaust gas collection channel of the hot air source (gasifier or hot air stove), the outer layer carbonization fission heat energy collection channel, the inner layer flash steam collection channel, and the combustion exhaust gas collection channel, has made it possible to improve the heat utilization rate for the third time.

Through three rounds of optimization and utilization of this device, the final exhaust emission temperature has been reduced to below 100 ℃. After being signed by relevant departments, the thermal utilization rate of this equipment has reached over 85%.
