working principle

The ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency electrical energy into a high-frequency electrical signal of 28KHz, which is transmitted to the transducer through a high-frequency cable. After applying high-frequency voltage to the transducer inside the vibration box, strong ultrasonic vibration is generated, which rapidly propagates in the liquid and acts on the inner and outer walls of various medical bottles, with more than 20000 vibrations per second, thereby shaking off micrometer scale dirt and achieving the purpose of cleaning.
