HOLOSLight
HOLOSLight allows you to measure curves and some simple free-form surfaces. HOLOSLight is suitable for comparing part design with reality, or for sampling and measuring individual plastic, wooden, or metal parts with curved surfaces. After importing the CAD model, the measurement program can be easily generated by clicking on the measurement and reference points. Only 6 points on the screen need to be defined to complete the alignment of the free-form surface. HOLOSLight guides the user to the test point and demonstrates the measurement process with images. After detection, the measurement result will be immediately displayed at the corresponding position in the workpiece graphic.
HOLOSExtended
On top of the functionality of HOLOSLight, HOLOSExtended allows you to measure complex free-form surfaces. Due to the open system design of this software, users can program in HOLOSExtended using VBScript and integrate it into the entire automation strategy. HOLOSExtended can also provide measurement data for SPC evaluation. Even for particularly complex curves and contours, using HOLOSExtended scanning allows you to obtain a large amount of data. The HOLOSExtended Volume feature allows you to compare the intersections between several parts.
HOLOSGeo
HOLOSGeo provides manual and CNC automatic measurement functions for regular geometric features. For example, users who still need to measure some regular geometric features do not need to use software that far exceeds their needs. For sampling measurements, HOLOSGeo is a practical solution, such as preliminary inspection of cast and forged parts, holes, and reference marks. In addition, HOLOSGeo also has the function of using reference values for measurement, which plays an indispensable role in the measurement of metal and plastic parts. Defining and storing different measurement programs is also an important function of HOLOSGeometry.
HOLOSDigitize
HOLOSDigitize provides users with a tool for digitizing curves and surfaces. It can quickly digitize the model with high accuracy and capture the correction and sampling points of the model. The recorded point cloud can be directly converted into multiple data formats for subsequent editing or generating free-form surfaces in HOLOS. This ensures real-time control over the surface description. In addition, HOLOSDigitize provides a direct interface for connecting to Dimensions, which allows for data exchange using Windows.
Option HOLOSCADConverter
Provided a direct CAD data interface for subsequent CAD data conversion between HOLOS software and ACIS basic system. The current version of the HOLOSCAD converter supports most types of CAD formats. HOLOS (. mod) and ACIS (. sat) can be used as output formats.
