The entire equipment is simple, practical, and aesthetically pleasing.
The HSSG-3 soft capsule dryer is equipped with independent positive and negative drive mechanisms and blowers for each section (double layer). The single section (double layer) is a complete set, and it can also be used in combination with multiple sections. The rotation direction of the rotary cage is adjusted. When rotating forward, the soft capsules are left in the rotary cage for drying, and when rotating backward, they are automatically transferred to the next rotary cage or discharged.
The HSSG-3 dryer is mainly used for drying in the production of soft capsules, and can also be used for dynamic drying of granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.

The side cut air supply system ensures even airflow of the rotating cage material, accelerating the drying speed.
The rotating cage adopts an oil-free lubrication structure, which avoids pollution caused by lubricating oil (grease) and ensures cleanliness and hygiene during the operation of the whole machine.
The rotating cage adopts a brand new design mechanism to ensure the reliability of material transfer when multiple sections are used in combination.

Each dryer is equipped with a built-in tray, making the workshop floor clean and reducing waste of finished soft capsules.
Each section can be moved separately and quickly combined, shortening equipment maintenance time and reducing operator labor intensity.
