The air hammer type ton bag feeding station is an automated feeding equipment designed specifically for large capacity ton bags (usually 1-2 tons) materials. It combines manual bag opening and mechanical assisted feeding functions and is widely used in industries such as chemical, building materials, food, and pharmaceuticals. Its core structure and functions are as follows:
Feeding platform
Can accommodate multiple ton bags (commonly designed in parallel with four bags), supporting manual bag removal operations1.
Warehouse system
Located below the platform, capable of handling ton bags of materials, with a capacity that meets continuous production needs1.
Air hammer device
Core component, installed on the outer wall of the silo, prevents material agglomeration or bridging blockage by high-frequency tapping (30-60 times/minute)14.
Dust removal system
Full operation, equipped with sealed interfaces and filter cartridges to prevent dust leakage and ensure a clean working environment14.
auxiliary module
Beating mechanismSet on both sides of the ton bag, with manual/automatic assistance for material flow3;
pocket devicePneumatic compression of the ton bag mouth (clamping force ≥ 500N) to prevent material leakage4;
Vibration cutting/breaking machineAdd measures for materials that are prone to clumping to ensure smooth discharge3.
Lift the ton bag to the feeding platform, manually open the bag mouth and fix it at the entrance of the silo;
Activate the air hammer and dust removal system, and the material falls by gravity;
When encountering poor liquidity, the air hammer automatically strikes the outer wall of the silo to break the arch, and the tapping mechanism assists in cleaning the bag13;
The material is transported to the next process through the bottom conveying equipment (spiral/pipe chain conveyor).
