The complete system consists of a temperature control box, plate heat exchanger, proportional control valve, sensors, control devices, and auxiliary devices.

There is an anti dry burning electric heater inside the temperature control box. When the detected temperature in the water tank is lower than the set value, the heating will be turned on to heat the water tank.

When the detected temperature is higher than the set value, the proportional control valve is used to control the flow rate of cooling water through the plate exchange

Liquid can be added directly to the water tank or to the circulation pipeline

Alarm Settings

This device has an alarm function, and the comprehensive alarm signal can be transmitted to the upper computer.

Self cleaning principle

Manually close the water outlet and return valves, and turn on the cleaning water pump to achieve self-cleaning of deionized water. Design one solenoid valve on each side of the deionization tank, and close both solenoid valves when the deionization tank needs to be replaced.
