Regarding the different cooling forms of new energy vehicle motors, the LH series new energy vehicle motor testing cooling machine is divided into two types: "oil cooling machine" and "water cooling machine", which are respectively used to match oil cooled motors and water-cooled motors.
The "oil cooler" uses automatic transmission oil (Dexron III, Dexron VI, Mercon V, Mercon VI, ZF) as the circulating medium for matching oil cooled electric motors. It can directly pump the cooled automatic transmission oil into the motor to achieve cooling of the motor. This method has good cooling effect, high temperature control accuracy, and does not flood the motor air gap.
The "water cooling machine" uses deionized water or ethylene glycol antifreeze as the circulating medium and is used to match water-cooled automotive electric motors. The water-cooled machine can pump the cooling medium into the motor cooling water jacket or cooling water pipe according to the motor testing requirements to achieve cooling of the motor.

(7) Multi point temperature monitoring, simultaneously monitoring the temperature of multiple nodes on the circulation pipeline;
(8) The equipment comes with a real-time pressure monitoring device that can monitor the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline in real time;
(9) The device has remote communication function, supports RS485 communication or Ethernet communication transmission, is stable and reliable, has strong anti-interference ability, and can withstand complex strong electromagnetic interference environments;
