The liquid circulation of the GDSZ high and low temperature circulation device integrated machine (high and low temperature integrated machine) is sealed, and the system is equipped with an expansion container. The expansion container and the liquid circulation system are insulated and do not participate in the liquid circulation, only mechanically connected. Regardless of the temperature of the circulating liquid, the medium in the expansion container always maintains room temperature. Due to the closed system of the entire liquid circulation, there is no absorption of water vapor at low temperatures and no generation of oil mist at high temperatures. The company can provide thermal oil with a wide range of working temperatures, so the same machine and the same thermal medium can achieve temperature control from -90 ℃ to 200 ℃.
High and low temperature circulating pumpThe characteristics are as follows:
1. There is no internal circulation tank, the volume of internal circulation is small (most devices only have a volume of 6-10L for internal circulation), the effective power density is high (W/L), the heating and cooling rates are fast, and the demand for heat transfer oil is also relatively small.
2. The equipment adopts a wavy plate heat exchanger, which has a large heat exchange area and fast heat exchange speed.
3. Sealed entire liquid circulation: There is no evaporation of oil mist at high temperatures, and the heat transfer oil will not be oxidized or browned; At low temperatures, it does not absorb water vapor from the air, which prolongs the life of the heat transfer oil and reduces its usage cost.
4. Accurately controlling the temperature of chemical reactions is the * choice for safely controlling exothermic reactions.
5. The equipment adopts PID intelligent control, which automatically adjusts the power output according to the chemical process technology, accurately controls the temperature of the reaction process, and meets the requirements of the reaction process for temperature changes.
6. Specially customized circulation pumps can provide high flow rates, generate low pressure and heat, achieve high heat exchange efficiency, low system resistance, low pump system heat, and low system energy consumption.
7. The standard model adopts PLC control and a more user-friendly display interface (human-machine interface). It is easy to operate and can display the set temperature, outlet temperature, and temperature change curve inside the kettle during the working process, achieving multi-stage temperature programming of the program.
8. The standard type can set a large temperature difference between the reactor body and the jacket according to the safety requirements provided by the reactor manufacturer. If the temperature difference between the inside and outside reaches the safety limit value required by the manufacturer, the equipment will automatically stop working and give an alarm prompt to ensure that the reactor will not crack due to excessive temperature difference.
