PWSThe series electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing system is one of the series of dynamic fatigue loading testing system products developed by our company. This series of products has the characteristics of wide output force range, high control accuracy, easy use, and high reliability. This series of experimental systems is designed based on the technology of electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine and combined with the actual usage conditions of domestic users during the research and development process. The key components such as servo actuators, constant pressure servo oil sources, and loading frames are designed and manufactured by our company. Key purchased parts such as servo valves, sensors, and seals are all selected from international mainstream models, greatly improving the stability and reliability of the system. This testing system can perform dynamic high and low cycle fatigue tests, program-controlled fatigue tests, as well as static tests under constant rate, constant strain, and constant stress control, and various conventional mechanical performance tests. It can also perform fracture mechanics tests, as well as fatigue life, crack propagation, fracture toughness performance tests, safety evaluation of actual specimens, and working condition simulations of materials or components in a broad range. By replacing attachments, it can also perform fatigue and static mechanical performance tests on various structural components, parts, and assemblies.
