The KQET-5101L online desktop dust particle counter can detect particles with smaller sizes, with a minimum detection capacity of 0.1um. It is suitable for Class 10 and Class 1 ultra clean environments; Suitable for ultra clean scenarios such as electronics, semiconductors, LCD panels, micro nano processing, aerospace, precision processing, new materials, research institutes, etc.
Product Details
KQET-5101L online desktop dust particle counter is a testing instrument used in the fields of cleanliness monitoring, particle counting and detection in clean environments. The counter is based on the principle of light scattering and uses photoelectric sensing technology to detect the particle size and count the number of dust particles. Compared to regular high flow particle counters, this instrument detects particles with smaller diameters and can detect particles as small as 0.1um. It is suitable for Class 10 and Class 1 ultra clean environments; Suitable for ultra clean scenarios such as electronics, semiconductors, LCD panels, micro nano processing, aerospace, precision processing, new materials, research institutes, etc.

1. Screen data alarm, with flow sensor for real-time monitoring of flow and real-time self adjustment of flow to ensure stability of flow and accuracy of counting
2. Long life imported semiconductor laser source, with a lifespan greater than 20000 hours (requiring annual calibration)
3. RS485 communication, supports Modbus RTU protocol, supports customized communication protocol
4. High precision sensor, accurate counting, in compliance with ISO21501-4 specification requirements
5. Integrated design, easy to install
