1. The temperature control accuracy of the unit is high, reaching 0.1 ℃. Generally, the unit controls 1 ℃ and uses environmentally friendly refrigerant. The working pressure is positive pressure, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and the operation is safe.

2. The overall efficiency IPLV of the unit is as high as 10. The partial load COP value exceeds 13. Currently, most constant speed centrifugal chillers have an IPLV of 6.3, while screw chillers have an IPLV of 4.5 (water cooling condition).

3. The entire unit has no oil supply system, fundamentally solving the problem of oil return in the system, avoiding compressor oil loss faults, and preventing the entire heat exchanger from reducing heat transfer efficiency due to oil coverage issues.

4. The unit operates with low noise, with a running noise of only 76dB (A), while the same cooling capacity screw chiller unit has a noise of up to 87dB (A). The installation of the unit does not require expensive noise reduction and shock absorption components.

5. The starting current of the unit is small, only 2A, which has almost no impact on the power grid. The starting current of the screw chiller with the same cooling capacity is as high as 350A

6. The unit has a compact structure, occupies a small area, has a width of no more than 1.2M, is easy to install, and saves space in the computer room.

7. The unit adopts Modbus bidirectional data exchange, which can be easily connected to the customer's self-control system.

8. The compressor has integrated a frequency conversion control module for easy maintenance, and adjusts the speed of the magnetic levitation bearing according to the load to avoid compressor surge. The compressor is made of aviation aluminum castings and high-strength thermoplastic electronic casing, and can operate for a long time.

9. It can achieve 10% -100% stepless capacity adjustment.
