The whole process of high-speed centrifugal spray dryer can be divided into three main stages:
Atomization stage
The liquid material is pumped onto a high-speed rotating centrifugal atomization disc at the top of the drying chamber (usually at a speed of several thousand to tens of thousands of revolutions per minute).
Under the tremendous centrifugal force, the liquid is pulled into a thin film and thrown out from the edge of the atomization disk, forming countless extremely small and uniform droplets.
Drying stage
At the same time, filtered and heated hot air (or inert gas) is sent into the top of the drying chamber and comes into contact with the droplets in a co current or counter current direction.
Due to the large surface area of fog droplets, moisture (or solvent) will rapidly evaporate upon contact with hot air.
This process is completed within seconds to tens of seconds, making it very friendly to thermosensitive materials (such as food and medicine) and able to retain their activity.
Separation and Collection Stage
The dried powder falls to the bottom of the drying chamber and is collected by the discharge device (such as cyclone discharge device, star valve).
The exhaust gas carrying a small amount of fine powder enters the cyclone separator and/or bag filter to recover the fine powder, and the clean gas is finally discharged by the exhaust fan.

Pharmaceutical and Bioengineering
Antibiotics, enzyme preparations, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, probiotics, culture media, etc. Here, there are requirements for hygiene and heat sensitivity.
Environmental Protection and Others
Process industrial waste liquid by fixing harmful substances into solid powder for easy transportation and disposal.
The product name is collagen peptide powder. It is an edible small molecule protein extracted from fresh sheepskin. The concentration of the extraction solution is between 6% and 10%, pH5-7, Then, after separation, purification and concentration, the concentrated solution with a concentration of about 25% (membrane concentration) or 40% (vacuum concentration) is obtained, and then spray drying is performed to obtain powdered products with mesh size of about 80-120 meshes and volume weight of about 0.5g/ml. Applied in the food, health products, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics industries, as a functional food ingredient, it can also be consumed directly.
This protein concentrate has a certain viscosity and is a thermosensitive substance. The resulting powdered product requires a good color (white or light yellow).

The atomization disc is adjustable by frequency conversion, and the overall material requirement is SUS304 stainless steel. The inner wall is mirror polished, and the outer wall is polished. The material does not hang on the wall or suck on the top;

Inlet temperature is 185-210 ℃, outlet temperature is 70-80 ℃, centralized material collection, water film dust removal. Try to be sterile and require a total bacterial count of ≤ 1000CFU/g;
