The DC series high-speed double-sided plaster laminating machine is suitable for double-sided laminating of plaster stickers and various adhesive tapes into rolls

1) Production speed infinitely adjustable using AUTONICS encoder;

2) Product acceptance criteria: controllable range of left and right composite deviation ≤ ± 0.5 millimeters;

3) Three way tension automatic control with PID automatic adjustment;

4) The transmission gears are all machined by grinding; Accuracy level 4-5; Increase transmission accuracy and reduce deceleration noise.

Main technical parameters and configuration instructions:

1)The whole machine is a cantilever wall panel rack with a wall panel thickness of 30MM. The wall panels are processed on six sides, and the equipment is surrounded by 304 stainless steel plates to comply with GMP cleanlinessrequirement;

2) The human-machine interface adopts an 8-inch color screen, making it easier to operate the double-sided composite machine for producing plaster stickers;

3)Production speed: 50 meters per minute;

4) The production process of double-sided composite involves 2 layers of adhesive tape and 1 layer of embossed film in the middle.

5) Adopting high-quality automatic edge alignment device;

6)Four 0.75KW servo motors from Delta are selected for the servo system;

7)Power supply: 380V, 50Z; Total power: 3KW.
