WJL-11 High Temperature Blackbody FurnaceIt can provide a standard high-temperature blackbody radiation source of up to 800-3000 ℃ for the calibration, calibration, and calibration of various non-contact temperature measuring instruments. Main structure of high-temperature blackbody furnace (high-temperature blackbody radiation source):

The high-temperature blackbody furnace consists of a furnace body, a transformer, and a control cabinet.

The high-temperature blackbody furnace body is a horizontal graphite tube furnace. In the center of the graphite heating element, there is a "target" that divides the heating element into two symmetrical blackbody cavities. There is a graphite insulation screen outside the tube, and the screen is wrapped with carbon felt and high-temperature insulation material. The furnace body has the characteristics of wide temperature range, low power consumption, and low inertia. The lower part of the furnace has an evacuation system and a water cooling system.

Control cabinet: Set and control the temperature of the blackbody furnace. The infrared thermometer and intelligent adjustment display instrument control the thyristor trigger circuit to control the output power of the low-voltage high current transformer, thereby controlling the temperature of the blackbody furnace. By setting the temperature value of the intelligent adjustment display instrument on the control cabinet, the temperature of the blackbody cavity can be controlled.The transformer is a salt bath furnace transformer.
