High-temperature resistant high-efficiency air filters still have a partition structure, using high-temperature resistant glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil partitions, stainless steel outer frame, and are sealed and assembled with special high-temperature resistant sealant. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing. High-Temperature Resistant High-Efficiency Air Filter


This filter still features a separator structure, using high-temperature resistant glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil separators, a stainless steel frame, and is sealed with a special high-temperature resistant sealant. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing. High-temperature resistant filters are primarily used in ultra-clean ovens, ultra-clean cleaning machines, and equipment and systems in the chemical industry that require high-temperature air purification.


An air filter is an air filtration device, generally used in clean workshops, clean factories, clean operating rooms,


laboratories and clean rooms, or for dust prevention in electronic, mechanical, and communication equipment. There are five models: coarse, medium, high-efficiency, medium-high efficiency, sub-high efficiency, and high-efficiency. Each model has different standards and performance levels.


Manufacturing Method


In practice, it is assembled using glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil separators, a stainless steel frame, and a special high-temperature resistant sealant. The filter media is folded 180° on both sides, forming a wedge-shaped pleat. Two indentations are created during bending, resulting in a wedge-shaped box-like pleat at the end of the separator. This wedge-shaped box-like pleat prevents filter paper damage.


High-Temperature High-Efficiency Air Filter Technology


1. A 1.5-2.00mm stainless steel outer frame* enhances overall strength.


2. 0.03mm aluminum foil separators with rounded corrugated grooves protect the filter paper from damage and reduce resistance for even airflow.


3. High-quality glass fiber filter paper with a 4mm spacing increases the filtration area, resulting in high dust holding capacity, low resistance, and high filtration efficiency.


4. Single-component adhesive* for use at 260°C; wedge-shaped high-temperature sealing strip prevents leakage.


5. Glass fiber filter media and high-temperature resistant special adhesive gaskets.


6. This high-temperature high-efficiency filter can withstand instantaneous temperatures up to 300°C and maintain a constant temperature of around 260°C, with stable and reliable performance.
