High traffic online particle counter
KQET-5101L high flow 0.1um built-in pump 28.3L online laser dust particle counter is a testing instrument used in the fields of cleanliness monitoring, particle counting and detection in clean environments. The counter is based on the principle of light scattering and uses photoelectric sensing technology to detect the particle size and count the number of dust particles. Compared to regular high flow particle counters, this instrument detects particles with smaller diameters and can detect particles as small as 0.1um. It is suitable for Class 10 and Class 1 ultra clean environments; Suitable for ultra clean scenarios such as electronics, semiconductors, LCD panels, micro nano processing, aerospace, precision processing, new materials, research institutes, etc.
