1. Purpose and model of leak detection machine
HDA-1 glass ampoule electronic micro hole leak detector is used for glass ampoule small water needle injection products.
2. Material
The design and manufacturing of leak detection machines meet the requirements of China's 2010 version of GMP. The contact part of the product is made of 304 stainless steel, nylon, and polypropylene resin materials. The internal rack is made of high-quality A3 steel plate, angle steel and coated. The exterior is made of stainless steel 304.
3. Function and action process
The HDA-1 glass ampoule electronic microporous leak detector is a machine that performs non-destructive inspection on sealed glass ampoule products filled with liquid medicine by applying high frequency and high pressure. Products with leakage points are automatically removed.
The injection product is vertically transmitted to the bottle feeding belt conveyor, and then transferred to the detection disk through the bottle feeding tray. After the ampoule is in a horizontal rotating state, it undergoes alternating inspections of the entire ampoule body through CH1, CH2, CH3, and CH4 high-voltage electrodes. Unqualified products enter the unqualified product collection room through the * separation tray, and qualified products are discharged into the qualified product collection room through the second separation tray and sent to the next process.

4. Safety performance
The HDA-1 glass ampoule electronic microporous leak detector is equipped with fault detection and sound and light alarm devices.
4.2 The equipment shall be affixed with a unified instruction nameplate.
4.3 The moving parts of the equipment that are prone to causing harm to operators are equipped with safety covers, and the electrical control cabinet is equipped with safety locks that meet the zero entry standard.
