A homogeneous stirred reactor generally consists of four parts: a casing, a rotating system, a heating system, and a control system. The box is made of stainless steel（Made of 304/316, the rotating system consists of a motor, a reducer, and a rotating bracket. The control system mainly controls the temperature and speed inside the box. Homogeneous reactors are commonly used for testing the reaction conditions of media with the same composition in multiple hydrothermal synthesis reactors under different environments, or for conducting experiments on the reaction conditions of media with different compositions under the same conditions. Due to the rotation of the bracket, the medium in the hydrothermal reaction kettle is fully stirred, resulting in a fast reaction speed and sufficient reaction, which is better than a simple constant temperature effect. There is a fixed position on the mixing rod inside the box (set according to the size of the reaction kettle), which can simultaneously fix 6 sets, 8 sets, 10 sets, and 12 sets of micro reaction kettles. It can also be customized according to user needs. The specific dimensions are subject to customer requirements.
