working principle

Place the baking tray loaded with materials into the oven, lock the box door, and start all buttons of the control system to rotate the circulating fan. Heating starts working at the same time, transferring heat to the material and taking away the moisture evaporated from the material. According to the different requirements of the materials and the different states of the drying process, the ratio of air circulation and discharge can be adjusted to achieve the drying effect of the materials.

3、 Operating procedures

1 All preparations are ready, close the box door and adjust the temperature controller to the desired working temperature value. For specific temperature controller adjustments, please refer to the user manual of the digital temperature display instrument.

2 Turn on the power and start working. First, turn on the fan button to ensure that the fan rotates in the correct direction. Manually adjust the handle to the cycle position, and then turn on the heating (manual and automatic). At this point, the temperature inside the box begins to rise. When the temperature reaches the set value, it enters the insulation state, and the heating automatically shuts off while the fan continues to operate. When the temperature drops to the set temperature, a task and program have been completed.
