Direct discharge screen (scientific name: direct discharge vibrating screen) uses a single or double vibration motor as the excitation source. The vibration motor is placed on the side of the machine body. After the material enters the equipment, it moves elliptically on the screen surface under the force of the vibration source. At the same time as quickly and repeatedly completing the net passing action, the vibration force can continuously strip, disperse, and recombine the material, thereby enabling the material to pass through the net quickly. If the material cannot pass through the net, it will be discharged from the sieve discharge port according to the equipment's motion trajectory, completing the screening operation process.
The vibration source is divided into single motor and dual motor structural forms, and there are multiple ways to adjust the material running trajectory, significantly increasing the applicability of the equipment; Direct discharge of materials has a larger processing capacity. Widely used for rough screening and precision screening of granular powders in industries such as flour, starch, laundry detergent, metal powder, additives, chemical, and non mineral, with large processing capacity and easy integration with production lines. Working Principle:
The vibration motor utilizes two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of its shaft to transform the rotational motion of the vibration motor into multiple overlapping forces of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal effects, which are then transmitted to the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening. Changing the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks can alter the magnitude of the excitation force and the trajectory of the material's movement.

working principle

Ultrasonic direct discharge vibrating screen, also known as ultrasonic direct discharge vibrating screen, is divided into two types: single vibration source and double vibration source. The material enters the feeding port from the middle, passes through screening, and is directly discharged from the bottom middle discharge port.
