Direct discharge screen (scientific name: direct discharge vibrating screen) uses a single or double vibration motor as the excitation source. At the same time as quickly and repeatedly completing the net passing action, the vibration force can continuously strip, disperse, and recombine the material, thereby enabling the material to pass through the net quickly. If the material cannot pass through the net, it will be discharged from the sieve discharge port according to the equipment's motion trajectory, completing the screening operation process.
The vibration source is divided into single motor and dual motor structural forms, and there are multiple ways to adjust the material running trajectory, significantly increasing the applicability of the equipment; Direct discharge of materials has a larger processing capacity. Working Principle:
