The air quality sensor module AM2020 has the function of measuring particle concentration, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), nitrogen dioxide (NO2) concentration, formaldehyde concentration, temperature, and relative humidity. The particle concentration is measured by a laser particle sensor that utilizes the principle of light scattering. This sensor can accurately measure and calculate the number of suspended particles, and directly output the particle mass concentration (μ g/m ³) through mathematical algorithms and scientific calibration. The concentrations of VOC and NO2 are measured through an integrated MOX sensor, which can simultaneously detect VOC and NO2. It has high sensitivity to various organic volatile gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, ethanol, formic acid, nicotine, as well as some inorganic gases such as carbon monoxide, ammonia, and hydrogen.
