System Composition

Tank system: Made of imported SUS316L high-quality stainless steel, with * inside the tank; Adopting a large angle liquid level observation mirror inside the tank, a 12V safety sight light is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and the inner and outer surfaces are treated with polished mirror surfaces, with a polishing accuracy of Ra0.4; Reduce the chance of bacterial infection and make it easy to clean; The liquid filling coefficient is 70%, the process structure is advanced, and the operation is simple.

Mixing system: Direct coupling mechanical mixing is adopted, using a tank top mechanical seal system, British mechanical seal (John Crane), high-performance mixing blade, defoaming blade, AC speed regulating motor, stepless speed regulation, high-power variable speed mechanism ensures stable mixing and smooth operation without adding lubricating oil. The fully automatic setting control range is 50-500rpm~rated speed ± 1%.

Ventilation control: manual control, flow meter display. Including rotor flowmeter, imported filter membrane air sterilization filter, with a filtration accuracy of up to 0.02 μ m

Temperature control: jacketed water bath electric heating, automatic control, temperature control cooling water temperature+5 ℃~65 ℃ ± 0.2 ℃

Ventilation control: manual control, flow meter display

Foam control: full automatic PID control and alarm, peristaltic pump automatically adds defoamer

Feeding control: PID fully automatic setting peristaltic pump switch control, automatic flow addition and metering.

PH control: Swiss Mettler electrodes (compatible with high-quality domestic electrodes) are used, and the peristaltic pump automatically adds acid and alkali to accurately control pH. The display range is 0.00~14.00 ± 0.01, and the fully automatic control range is 2.00~12.00 ± 0.05.

DO control: using Swiss Mettler electrodes (or optional high-quality domestic electrodes), associated with speed (optional air flow, feeding, etc.) for control, 0-150 ± 3%, display accuracy of 0.1%.

Pressure control: manual control, instrument display
