Product Introduction

The JLG series vacuum mixing system is a homogenization equipment mainly composed of a water (steam) bath heating vacuum mixing tank, a buffer tank, and a tube condenser tank. The vacuum mixing tank can withstand certain positive and negative pressures inside. The tank body is a three-layer structure, with a heating medium layer between the inner and middle layers, which can be filled with hot water or steam to heat the materials inside the tank. The high-efficiency insulation material between the middle and outer layers does not affect the ambient temperature. The tank body is made of stainless steel and meets GMP requirements. Compact structure, smooth and uniform mixing, low noise. The tank is equipped with a temperature gauge to indicate the temperature inside the tank. The can lid is equipped with a vacuum port, a filling (exhaust) port, a feeding port, a sight glass light, a safety valve, and a pressure gauge, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and fine chemicals as a heating and homogenization device. Especially suitable for the sol process in the production of soft capsules.
