This machine is a filling and sealing host in the oral liquid production line, mainly used for filling, capping, and sealing 10 (20ml) easy to pull cap (or aluminum-plastic cap) straight tube bottles. Using a mesh belt for bottle feeding ensures reliable bottle delivery; Twelve head local tracking filling, not easy to produce foam. Electromagnetic oscillation cover feeding, high coverage rate, ten head planetary rolling cover, easy adjustment, stable performance. The machine combines filling and sealing into one, with a compact structure.

Suitable for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, for filling and sealing ampoule filling liquids. Using a piston metering pump for quantitative filling, it can automatically stop filling in case of missing bottles. Gas can be used as coal gas, liquefied natural gas, or liquefied petroleum gas. This machine is a double needle type with a compact structure, smooth and reliable operation, easy adjustment and operation, and complete functions.
