Good sealing performance, suitable for conducting high concentration atmosphere protection experiments and vacuum high-temperature experiments. The furnace mouth is designed with a water cooling device, equipped with a double headed valve inlet, protective cover, gas flow meter, silicone tube, single headed valve outlet, protective cover, and vacuum pressure gauge. When using, the cold liquid in the user's own low-temperature tank should be connected to the cooling device (water cooling can also be used when the temperature is not high). During atmosphere protection experiments, other gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, etc. can be directly introduced to prevent oxidation and decarburization of high-temperature heated workpieces. This is used for high-temperature sintering, quenching, and other heat treatment processes under gas protection. If high-purity process is required, a vacuum pump should be equipped to first extract air from the furnace, then fill it with inert gas, and increase the pressure as needed to ensure the high purity of the inert gas; When conducting vacuum high-temperature experiments, it is necessary to extract the vacuum inside the furnace before heating up. Precautions for using a vacuum box furnace: A. Before heating up, the cooling device interface needs to be connected with coolant; B. Suitable for heating up under atmosphere protection or vacuum state; C. It is strictly prohibited to raise the temperature without atmosphere protection or in a non vacuum state, or by placing objects with gas expansion.
Operating instructions reference:
The vacuum box furnace has the characteristics of good sealing, equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge, double headed valve inlet pipe, single headed valve outlet pipe, safety protection cover, and silicone tube. Can be used for high-purity concentration high-temperature atmosphere protection experiments and vacuum high-temperature experiments. The furnace mouth is equipped with a cooling device, which must be connected to refrigerant when in use. Place the sample inside the box, equip it with a vacuum pump, and extract the air from the furnace (if atmosphere protection is required, connect the inlet pipe and fill it with inert gas). Connect the cooling pipe at the furnace mouth to the cold liquid of the low-temperature constant temperature bath (water can also be used for cooling when the operating temperature is not high). Set the required temperature program on the control panel and raise the temperature of the furnace......
