Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is a form of energy in which natural gas is compressed and cooled to its boiling point temperature to become a liquid. Its main component is methane, which is transported by specialized ships or tank trucks and re gasified during use. At present, LNG is mainly used in industry and vehicles in China.

(1) Instrument installation

Place the instrument on a stable workbench, connect the workstation computer (equipped with a 9-pin serial port connector) to the instrument, install the workstation software, and place the online and offline workstation icons on the desktop. If hydrogen gas is used in a steel cylinder, it should be placed in a well ventilated space. Connect the gas pipeline and test for leaks with soapy water

(2) Before starting up the instrument, first open the hydrogen gas cylinder and output the pressure (0.3MPa). Check if the pressure gauge of the gas chromatograph instrument has risen to a pressure of (0.15MPa, subject to instrument debugging). After the pressure stabilizes, turn on the power switch of the gas chromatograph.

LNG nitrogen blending calorific value analyzer【precautions】：

1. The hydrogen generator must be turned on first when starting up!

2. Before use, the gas in the pipeline should be purged for 10-30 minutes to prevent oxidation of the rhenium tungsten wire.

3. Gas cannot be directly blown onto the thermal conductivity detector, or there may be significant gas flow impact.

4. Strong body vibrations are not allowed.

5. TCD should not be placed at the vent port, and should be connected to the outside through a pipeline.
