SP-7890A Natural Gas Analyzer (Large Touch Screen) is a specialized instrument used to analyze the full composition of LNG, CNG, natural gas composition and calorific value, liquefied gas and liquefied mixed air, and gas distribution, and quickly provide characteristic indices such as high calorific value, low calorific value, density, relative density, white number, and combustion potential of different gases. It can be widely used in gas enterprises, gas measurement and testing departments, scientific research, environmental protection, and gas distribution industries for the full composition analysis of LNG, CNG, and natural gas composition and calorific value.

The natural gas analyzer adopts a dual carrier gas stabilizing valve, a two-way packed column injection system, a one-way capillary column injection system (optional), a thermal conductivity detector, a hydrogen flame detector (optional), a flame photometric detector (optional), and a QP-6000 gas calorific value chromatography workstation specifically designed for gas analysis; It can achieve full analysis of nitrogen, methane, ethane, carbon dioxide, propane, isobutane, n-butane, n-pentane, isopentane, and hydrocarbons above C6+in natural gas with a single injection. For hydrogen sulfide analysis (optional), only one natural gas sample needs to be manually injected. The natural gas analyzer is mainly used for the analysis of LNG, CNG, natural gas composition and calorific value, liquefied gas plants, liquefied gas stations, natural gas companies, and large natural gas users.

Adopting microcomputer control, full keyboard operation, and large screen LCD display.

Equipped with external event function to achieve automatic switching of valves.

Using the ten way valve (optional) or specially designed six way valve from VALCO company in the United States to achieve automatic analysis of the instrument.

The chromatographic column adopts a dedicated column to achieve full component analysis of C1 to C6 or C1 to C10 (optional).

Equipped with a built-in QP-6000 dual channel dedicated working software for gas calorific value, the software adopts a multi document interface and can open multiple document windows simultaneously. Each document window can correspond to a sampling channel and work completely independently. Due to the use of split window technology, tables and spectra are displayed in the same document window, and the size of the spectrum display area can be adjusted freely. The workstation is easy to operate, and the entire process from spectrum acquisition to printing analysis reports can be achieved by simply pressing the remote control button.
