1、 Product Introduction:
When natural gas is cooled to about -162 ℃ under normal pressure, it changes from a gaseous state to a liquid state, known as liquefied natural gas (LNG). The main component of LNG is methane, with small amounts of ethane, propane, and nitrogen. Natural gas is further purified during liquefaction, resulting in higher methane purity, almost no carbon dioxide and sulfides, and colorless, odorless, and non-toxic.
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) has become an emerging industry in China and is rapidly developing. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) technology is not only used to solve transportation and storage problems, but also widely used in peak shaving devices during natural gas use. Due to the fact that natural gas is often not produced in industrial or densely populated areas, transportation and storage issues must be addressed. The main component of natural gas is methane, with a critical temperature of 190.58K, which cannot be liquefied solely by pressure at room temperature. The liquefaction and storage technology of natural gas has gradually become a major advanced technology.

LNG is produced by cooling gaseous natural gas to -162 ℃ under normal pressure, condensing it into a liquid. After liquefaction, natural gas can greatly save storage and transportation space and costs, and has the characteristics of high calorific value and high performance. However, LNG liquefied natural gas often contains a small amount of gas components such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide, which are inert gases that cannot be burned and can reduce the calorific value of LNG, leading to an increase in production costs for enterprises. Therefore, in response to these characteristics of natural gas, enterprises need to test natural gas in advance.

2、 Instrument Introduction:

Accurately calculate the calorific value, white number, density, etc. of natural gas based on the content of each component. This configuration meets national standards:
GB/T -13610-2003 Composition Analysis of Natural Gas - Gas Chromatography Method;
GB17820-2012 Natural Gas;
GB/T11062-2014 Calculation of natural gas calorific value, density, and relative density.

4、 After sales service:
1. Warranty period: The instrument is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of self installation, debugging, and acceptance, with lifelong maintenance.
2. After the instrument malfunctions, timely response or telephone guidance for maintenance can be provided, and professional technical service engineers can be dispatched to the site within 48 hours to troubleshoot.
3. If there is a software upgrade for the same series of instruments, our company will provide free upgrade services for users.
4.
