BA-PWGZ2000 laboratory vacuum spray dryer is elaborately developed for heat sensitive materials. The whole machine is compact in design and can operate without other facilities. (1) The feeding speed of the material is too fast and the amount is too large, which makes it impossible to dry. The solution is to slow down the feeding speed and quantity, and adjust the feeding pump appropriately.
(2) The operation was not carried out according to the instructions, and the main tower was not heated. The solution is to increase the inlet temperature of the dryer.
Fault 2: There are a large number of impurities in the product
Reason and solution:
(1) The materials of the spray dryer contain impurities, which are not filtered out during filtering. The solution is to check the air filter and replace the filter screen according to the situation.
(2) The purity of the material liquid is not high. The solution is to sample and test the material liquid to filter out impurities.
(3) There are impurities in the device memory. The solution is to regularly clean the device comprehensively to remove impurities.
Fault 3: Severe powder loss and low product recovery rate
Reason and solution:
(1) The solution to the problem with the cyclone separator is to inspect it for any gaps and ensure its airtightness is intact.
(2) The dust removal performance is low, and the solution is to increase the secondary dust removal appropriately.
