instrument installation

The rotary evaporator consists of a main unit and a constant temperature bath pot.

The installation steps are as follows (refer to the structural diagram)

1）Lay the rack flat.

2）Install the machine head into the rack diameter30Inside the installation hole of the machine head, the axis of the machine head tilts to the right250Left and right, lock the right handwheel,M6Tighten the headless screw to the bottom and then retract it again.

3）Fix the four-way graphic designer on the left side of the machine head with a large nut.

4）Insert the condenser into the four-way bottle and adjust each movable joint to make the condenser vertical.

5）Install the clamp, insert the clamp support rod into the slider above the upright, wrap the steel strip around the condenser, and tighten all relevant screws.

6）Install the collection bottle at the bottom of the four-way bottle and clamp the bottle clamp. Install the tray below to stabilize it.

7）Install the rotating bottle on the right end of the rotating shaft and clamp the bottle clamp.

8）Connect the feeding extension tube to the feeding tube (if it is too tight, it can be heated with boiling water). Insert into the rotating shaft hole.

9）Fix the electrical control box according to the diagram, plug in the seven core plug of the motor, and then turn on the power for a test run.

10）Connect the two interfaces on the vacuum gauge, one end to the condenser and the other end to the vacuum pump.

11）Connect the cooling water pipe and place the water bath in place.

Note:

(1)During assembly, all glass components must be cleaned, and all interfaces must be wiped clean with alcohol and coated with vacuum silicone grease to enhance air tightness.

(2)The glass rotating shaft is clamped with a small nut and a tightening ring, which is required for installation and removal“stop pin”Insert the fixed spindle into the small hole under the machine head.

Instructions for use

1）Vacuuming: The vacuum pump should use a water circulation pump (which our company has matching). Under normal circumstances, the vacuum degree can reach without solvent evaporation0.096MPa.

2）Feeding: Vacuum should be drawn before feeding, and the piston on the feeding tube can be opened to use negative pressure suction. The amount of material added cannot exceed half of the rotating bottle.

3）Cooling: In general, tap water can be used. For the recovery of low boiling point solvents, cold water should be connected, and the cooling water temperature should be lower than the steam temperature20-300CThe above is appropriate. Otherwise, the recovery rate will be greatly reduced. And it will contaminate the vacuum pump.

4）Rotation: First use, adjust the speed knob to0Turn on the power and slowly increase the speed.

5）Heating: Place the bath pot under the rotating bottle (refer to the accompanying bath pot manual for bath pot operation), rotate the lifting handwheel to the desired height, and add purified water to the pot mouth2-3cmSet the desired temperature and plug in the power.

6）After work is completed or suspended, the vacuum should be released to prevent the backflow of sewage in the vacuum pump.

5 Precautions

1）Regularly clean the glass rotating shaft and add new high-temperature lubricating grease to the friction area between the glass shaft and the combination sealing ring, which is beneficial for extending the working life of the sealing ring. The maintenance cycle is once every three months (maintenance is necessary when there is a dry friction sound between rubber and glass). During maintenance, remove the four-way bottle and pull out the combination seal ring to operate. If the rubber composite ring inside the combination sealing ring is worn, it needs to be replaced.

2）If the glass rotation axis is not clamped, the attachment can be attached“stop pin”Insert into the small hole under the machine head. Tighten the small nut.

For the convenience of users, the glass rotating shaft, combined sealing ring, and tightening ring have been installed on the machine head and lubricated before leaving the factory.

If the electrical and mechanical structure of this machine malfunctions due to manufacturing reasons, it will be repaired free of charge for one year with a warranty card.
