BA-PWGZ3000 organic solvent spray dryer and it is mainly applicable to universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises to produce micro particle powders. It has broad spectrum applicability to all solutions, such as emulsion and suspension, and is suitable for drying heat sensitive substances, such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the sprayed materials are only exposed to high temperature when sprayed into aerosol particles, they are only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these active materials intact after drying.

4. Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (through needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be automatically adjusted.
5. Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).
6. The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high borosilicate heat-resistant glass materials, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.
7. Equipped with an oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder sprayed follows a normal distribution, with excellent fluidity and very low noise, less than 60db.
8. The atomization structure of two fluid spray is made of stainless steel, with compact design and no auxiliary equipment.
9. The design of drying temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, which enables accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
