Introduction of Small High Temperature spray Dryer
Our small high-temperature spray dryer adopts full automatic and manual dual control mode, and the color LCD touch screen displays key parameters in real time. The process can be started with one key, which is convenient and efficient. It is equipped with real-time PID constant temperature control technology, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃. The inlet air temperature can be adjusted between room temperature and 250 ℃, and combined with a 0.8-1.0 second instantaneous drying process, it can maximize the retention of active ingredients in thermosensitive materials such as biological products and enzyme preparations.
The equipment innovation adopts a fully stainless steel body and a high borosilicate heat-resistant glass drying system, which combines corrosion resistance and visualization advantages. It is equipped with a tower wall blowing device and an air inlet filter, ensuring sample purity and improving material recovery rate. The built-in oil-free air compressor has a noise level of less than 60db, with multiple nozzle specifications to choose from. It also supports non-standard customization to meet the feeding requirements of 50-1500ml/h, providing flexible support for scientific research and production.
Main features

2. Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).

Full automatic control: one button startup, after setting spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the touch screen displays the running animation, and the running process is clearly displayed; When shutting down, simply press the stop button and the machine will automatically shut down safely.
4. The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality high borosilicate heat-resistant glass materials, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.
5. Manual control: If the process parameters are adjusted during the experiment, it is convenient to switch to manual mode, and the entire experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation)
