Technical Specifications:

1. Based on the operation control system of Yacheng, with a 10 inch color touch screen control, real-time display of the temperature of the refrigeration system/freezer and the vacuum status of the system.

2. The freezing capacity of spray is 300 – 2500 ml/h, depending on the droplet size.

3. Spray freeze drying zui has a large processing capacity of 3000ml.

4. Liquid materials are fed through a peristaltic pump, and frozen particles are atomized into tiny droplets using high-precision nozzles containing the sample. Under the action of gravity, the droplets pass through the liquid nitrogen cooling zone and instantly solidify into frozen ice crystal particles.

5. The whole machine is integrated, with vacuum interface and compressed air inlet reserved for the equipment, and a built-in refrigeration compressor, without the need for external connection of cooling machine/refrigerant.

6. Special spray gun structure design ensures that the spray gun is located in the center of the freezer compartment.

7. The product collector is located at the bottom of the freezer and is equipped with an automatic lifting device. The product recovery rate can reach 98% (based on experimental data of 15% cyclodextrin concentration)

8. The heating method adopts thermal radiation, and the heating temperature can be set to be controllable.

9. Liquid nitrogen consumption: 10L/h.

10. The equipment requires a power supply of 220V and a total power of 3KW.
