Technical Specifications:
1. Based on the operation control system of Yacheng, with a 10 inch color touch screen control, real-time display of the temperature of the refrigeration system/freezer and the vacuum status of the system.
2. The freezing capacity of spray is 300 – 2500 ml/h, depending on the droplet size.
3. Spray freeze drying zui has a large processing capacity of 3000ml.
4. Liquid materials are fed through a peristaltic pump, and frozen particles are atomized into tiny droplets using high-precision nozzles containing the sample. Under the action of gravity, the droplets pass through the liquid nitrogen cooling zone and instantly solidify into frozen ice crystal particles.
