The FT-H atomization tester, also known as an atomizer, condensing component analyzer, atomization performance tester, etc., is specialized in evaluating the volatile component evaporation of interior materials such as automotive plastic parts, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, etc. at high temperatures. It can also be used to measure the high-temperature atomization phenomenon of xenon lamps in front of vehicles.

Product features
Color touch screen operation, stylish and convenient human-machine interface
Wide range, high-precision temperature control device easily enables testing of samples at different temperatures, making it convenient for users to conduct non-standard testing
6-station design, capable of conducting both sample testing and blank testing simultaneously
Design strictly according to standard requirements, with more accurate and reliable test data
Support multiple testing methods such as glossiness method, haze method, and weight method to meet testing requirements
Test Principle
The sample is heated in the fogging cup and begins to evaporate, and the volatile gas condenses on the glass plate or aluminum foil that has been cooled in the cooling chamber. After the condensation process is completed, remove the glass plate or aluminum foil, measure the atomization value or weight of the condensation component of the glass plate or aluminum foil, and compare it with the data before condensation to obtain the atomization volatilization characteristics of the sample.
Test Standard
This instrument complies with multiple national and international standards: ISO 6452、DIN 75201、SAE J1756、QB/T 2728、BS EN 14288、 PV 3920、PV 3015、ES-X83231、NES M0161、D45 1727、GM 9305P、TSM 0503G
