The structure of this machine consists of an empty capsule feeding device, a capsule dispensing device, a powder feeding device, a measuring disk mechanism, a capsule filling and sealing mechanism, a main transmission mechanism inside the box, and an electrical control system.
1) Powder fully automatic hard capsule filling machine empty capsule feeding device: composed of a hopper and a conveying pipeline, mainly storing empty capsules and allowing them to enter the capsule sorting device vertically one by one.
2) Small capsule filling machine capsule dispensing device: allows empty capsules to enter the selection fork of the dispensing device. One downward movement of the selection fork will deliver six capsules with the rubber cap on top. At the same time, the vacuum separation system inserts the capsule into the module and separates the body cap.
3) Powder feeding device for hard capsule filling machine: composed of powder hopper, powder hopper screw, feeding conveying pipe, etc., mainly used to control the storage of powder into the measuring plate under the action of screw and stirring.
4) Measurement disk mechanism: The measurement disk specifications matched according to the capsule specifications and filling volume. The powder is filled and compacted into a drug column five times in the intermittently rotating measuring disk, and then pushed into the capsule of the lower module.
5) Capsule filling and sealing mechanism: When the lower capsule body of the drug column capsule is pushed in, the rubber caps of the upper and lower modules and the lower capsule body are pushed up to buckle together.
6) Main transmission mechanism inside the box: The power required for executing the work inside the box is completed through a motor, a box type Fukusen intermittent rotary mechanism, a gear pair, a reducer, a cam pair, and a chain transmission mechanism. At the same time, the variable frequency motor achieves variable frequency speed regulation function.
7) Electrical control system: Controlled by PLC system to display the process elements of filling each capsule.
