Product Introduction

1. This series of containers has heating and insulation functions, and are manufactured, pressure tested, and accepted according to the "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Containers".

2. There are various specifications ranging from 100L to 10000L for you to choose from, and we can also design and process according to the actual needs of customers.

3. The sealing of the mixing shaft adopts imported sanitary mechanical seals, and the reducer is selected from Germany's Flender or SEW. The mixing speed is 36-53 revolutions per minute. Variable frequency drive can also be used for control.

4. The interface adopts the internationally recognized ISO standard quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported 316L or 304.

5. The tank body is equipped with a liquid level gauge (non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitter, glass tube type), an air respirator, a sterilization steam port, a thermometer (digital or dial type), a CIP universal tank washer, a light mirror, several inlet and outlet ports, and a manhole.
