2BE4liquid ring vacuum pumpThe compressor series is an upgraded product of the proven 2BE3 model, designed to provide performance, reliability, and efficiency beyond previous models. Compared to previous models, 2BE4 has increased efficiency by 8% and reduced maintenance requirements.

Vacuum capability

The 2BE4 pump can operate efficiently throughout the entire vacuum range without changing the internal components of the pump. When equipped with a center shield, it can achieve dual use for one machine, with a difference of up to 12 inHg (400 millibar). The advantages of doing so are obvious, as it can reduce the number of vacuum pumps used, thereby saving space and installation costs.

Flexible installation and low operating noise

The entrance configuration allows for the placement of entrances at the top and sides to accommodate low clearance installations. In installations with limited space, NASH 2BE4 can install a discharge separator at the top, saving floor space and eliminating the need for trenches. The 2BE4 pump is very quiet during operation. Even for larger pumps, the recorded sound level is only 72 to 85 dB (A) (measured at a distance of 3.3 feet (1 meter) from the sound source).

Designed specifically for demanding environments

Designed to operate in harsh environments such as papermaking, electricity, mining, sugar manufacturing, and chemical processing, these pumps provide durability and reliability at low operating costs. The standard polyisoprene lining on the pump body can resist corrosive process gases and liquids, providing excellent corrosion resistance. Compared to equivalent unlined pumps, polyisoprene liners consume less energy. In order to increase corrosion resistance, some models use stainless steel internal components.
