1. Installation and debugging:
-After the equipment arrives at your company, we will dispatch after-sales service engineers to your company for installation and commissioning within the time required by your company, and all necessary expenses will be borne by us.
2. Operation training:
After the installation and debugging of the equipment are completed and the acceptance is qualified, our technical engineers will provide on-site explanations and demonstration training to the relevant personnel of your company. The demand side will provide training venues and necessary conditions. The training includes:
-Operation Training - Through training, your company's relevant personnel will become proficient in the entire process of equipment operation and understand the principles of the equipment.
-Maintenance Training - Through training, your company's relevant personnel will master the working principles of the equipment, the structure of the whole machine and accessories, and general troubleshooting methods.
-Maintenance Training - Through training, your company's relevant personnel will understand the working principle of the machine, as well as the daily maintenance methods of accessories and the entire machine.
3. After sales service standards:
-From the date of delivery, the warranty period for our company's entire equipment is one year
-During the warranty period, if there are any quality issues with the equipment, our company is responsible for free repair and replacement of parts, without any cost to the customer.
-Our company provides free upgrade services for the control part and software system of the equipment, as well as technical support for the hardware system.
-For specific operators of customers, our company provides free on-site training, simple troubleshooting, and in-depth technical development to ensure that equipment users can master the operation.
-During the warranty period, the after-sales service department shall provide at least two free telephone follow-up visits per year (including machine maintenance, technical explanations, and operation guidance).
