working principle
Spiral airflow crushing is the process of high-speed airflow carrying animal materials in a tangential direction within a grinding chamber, causing them to collide with each other, shear, and other combined forces, resulting in material fragmentation. After the compressed gas is instantly released through the Laval nozzle, it produces an endothermic effect, which takes away the heat generated during the crushing process and enables the material to be crushed in a low-temperature environment.

The raw materials to be crushed are uniformly fed through the feeder, and the negative pressure generated by the gas injected through the feeding port is sucked in, spraying the materials into the grinding chamber.

The supersonic generated by the nozzles around the crushing chamber is injected into the chamber along the set tangential direction, and the gas-solid two-phase flow forms a high-speed vortex. The material rotates at high speed in the chamber along the tangential direction, causing the materials to collide and rub against each other, and the materials are ground. When the material rotates at high speed inside the crushing chamber, the particles of the material rub against each other through the collision and friction between particles. The material particles will become smaller and smaller, and larger particles will continue to rotate at high speed and rub against each other at the inner wall edge of the grinding chamber due to the large centrifugal force. As the material particles decrease, the centrifugal force will also decrease, and the particles will also move towards the grinding chamber. When the centrifugal force is less than the force generated by the airflow at the discharge port, the material will be carried out of the discharge port with the airflow.

The effect of centrifugal force causes larger particles to move around the periphery of the crushing chamber, while smaller particles gradually approach the middle of the crushing chamber with the spiral airflow. After being crushed, ultrafine materials and particles lose their mass and centrifugal force, leaving the swirling field. Under the pressure difference, the material enters the cyclone separator through the middle discharge pipeline, and most of the material moves downward into the storage container, while the gas is discharged upward.
