Operating principle and control

1: The material parameters provided by the cooperating party, or actual drying, comparison, optimization screening, and demonstration, will be combined reasonably and optimally to meet the requirements given by the customer; This device is designed specifically for laboratories and colleges.

2: The number of microwave chambers is set to one combination to ensure the quantification requirements of dry materials;

One drainage outlet is set to meet the requirements of moisture discharge; (Depending on the requirements of each batch of materials).

3: The material of the microwave cavity is 304 stainless steel (with a skeleton of 10 # 325 high-strength channel steel and rust proof treatment).

4: The microwave feeding point is located on the side, maximizing the utilization and saving of microwave energy. The microwave power supply adopts a domestic integrated power supply (developed by Siemens team), achieving continuous adjustable power and real-time display of operating status.

5: Cooling method: magnetron, integrated power supply: air cooling.

6: The microwave leakage value is 0.5mw/cm2, according to the European UL standard.

7: Transmission system

a: The microwave power adjustment range is continuously adjustable from 0-890W, suitable for different batches, materials, and processes, with strong practicality and wide selectivity.
