During the cleaning process, the bottle is in a natural state of movement, which not only avoids the phenomenon of the vertical bottle washing machine not being able to clean the bottle gripping area due to the mechanical arm gripping the bottle, but also prevents the bottle from breaking due to the lack of external force. The machine first automatically arranges the bottles to be washed and sends them into the bottle supply tank, using tap water or ionized water for ultrasonic rough washing; After the bottle is subjected to ultrasonic cavitation, foreign objects attached to the bottle fall off. Then the bottle automatically enters the specially designed bottle hopper, and in its natural state, the bottle mouth is lowered to flush the outer wall of the bottle, preventing foreign objects from entering the bottle, and then entering the inner wall flushing station. The needle is automatically inserted into the bottle, and the pressure plate is pressed down to perform eight sets of water and air pressure precision washing and drying, completing the bottle cleaning work (first rinsed with four sets of 60 ℃ ionized water or filtered recycled water, then dried with one set of purified compressed air, then rinsed with two sets of medicinal water, and finally dried with two sets of purified compressed air before entering the next process. Equipped with injection water filter and air filter. )

The water and gas pipelines of this machine are independent of each other and have pressure control, which not only ensures the required water and gas pressure for bottle cleaning (when the water and gas pressure does not reach the set value, the equipment will automatically stop and alarm), but also avoids cross contamination of various pipelines. Moreover, the cleaning area of the equipment is isolated from the power area, and it also has the function of online cleaning of the parts in contact with the bottle.

The whole machine adopts high-precision color touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control, automatic protection, and imported products for frequency conversion and speed regulation of the host. It can automatically control and monitor the water level and temperature of the host transmission system, bottle inlet and outlet system, and circulating water system, and connect with the rear channel for mutual control. The bottle washing process adopts fully automatic control.

This machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated with MSH-500 high-temperature sterilization tunnel oven and twelve (ten, eight) head liquid filling and sealing units to form a washing, drying, and filling linkage line, achieving full automation of the production process.
