In a gravity field, when powdery and granular materials are naturally stacked in equilibrium, the inclined surface of the material stacking will form a fixed angle with the ground, that is, the angle of repose.

Under external force, the angle of repose decreases and the material stacking area expands.

This machine utilizes this principle to evenly spread the material around through a special stirring blade and transport it to the discharge port for centralized discharge.

Thus, the material can be discharged quantitatively without bridging or segregation in the blade feeder.

The material is added from the upper inlet and discharged from the lower outer outlet.
