Nanomaterial centrifuge; is a new model independently developed by our company. The equipment is controlled by a microcomputer (the speed can be adjusted from 0 to 14000 r/min), and the lower damping adopts domestic invention technology that does not require grease lubrication, solving the important problem of grease contaminated materials. The body and drum of JY145BL high-speed centrifuge are all made of stainless steel. Beautiful and simple, easy to clean, in compliance with GMP requirements. Its characteristics are high rotational speed, large solid loading capacity, and a production capacity of up to 300-800kg/hour. It is mainly suitable for continuous feed clarification separation operations in industrial production, and solid sediment deposited in the drum can be manually removed.

Nanomaterial centrifugeThe separation factor is as high as 15900, and the separation of small particles is 0.015 microns, which is suitable for the separation of emulsions and the clarification of high-speed suspensions. When clarifying the suspension, in order to prevent excessive slag discharge, the solid content of the suspension should not exceed 1-5%. JY145 high-speed centrifuge is widely used in equipment for nanomaterial grading and collection processes.
