1、 Image file synthesis software __NEXIV EDF/Stitching Express
This software mainly has two functions: Z-axis depth extension (EDF) and XY plane image stitching (Stitching Express). The acquisition of images can be accomplished through the use of iNEXIV VMA AutoMeasure for automatic image capture.
Nikon has gone all the way to the image measuring instrument, Nikon 3D, Nikon 2.5D, Nikon imaging instrument
Basic functions:
EDF synthesis legend
Through the settings on NEXIV VMR AutoMeasure, a large number of images required for image synthesis can be automatically captured;
Extract image information from multiple images taken along the Z-axis direction, and finally synthesize it into a stereoscopic image that exceeds the depth of field of the objective lens (EDF function);
Extract image information from multiple images taken in the XY direction and seamlessly stitch them together to form a large planar image (Stitching Express function);
Image document management can be performed.
2、 Two dimensional contour shape analysis and CAD reading software VMA Profiler/CAD Reader
This software consists of two functions: one is to read CAD data, and the other is to perform contour comparison and shape measurement. This software can measure and analyze two-dimensional contour shapes that cannot be detected by ordinary dimensional measurement methods. Compared with traditional image comparison methods using contour projectors or measuring microscopes, this software can perform quantitative analysis of data, providing greater information and higher measurement accuracy.
CAD reading function
The supported CAD formats mainly include DXF, IGES, Gerber, etc.
Shape evaluation function
Display the deviation between the measurement results and the nominal contour shape in a graphical manner on the monitor, or print it for easy evaluation.

Establish nominal contour shape:
It can be established through keyboard input, imported directly from CAD, and converted from actual measured contour shapes to nominal contours.
Shape boundary adaptation ____ deviation optimization function
By executing this function, the shape and position matching between the measured contour and the nominal contour can be completed based on the condition of minimizing the deviation between the measurement result and the nominal contour shape, and a centerline for evaluating the contour can be fitted. Even if the coordinate systems of the two are different, the evaluation of contour shape deviation can still be easily accomplished through this function.

The main geometric elements that can be measured are points, lines, circles, distances, angles, etc.
3、 CAD Offline Programming Software VMA Virtual AutoMeasure
CAD data can be read by the offline measurement programming software Virtual AutoMeasure, and the operation steps of offline measurement programming are similar to those of online measurement programming. Due to the fact that a large number of measurement program statements can be programmed on another computer equipped with VirtualAutoMeasure, the NEXIV system is able to focus on automatic measurement.
Support IGES, DXF, DMIS, NC files, Gerber, Excellon, etc;
The designation method with multiple CAD elements facilitates automatic programming;
CAD windows can be used to control the simulated movement of workpieces, with operation styles and steps similar to NEXIV AutoMeasure;
During the measurement programming process, it is allowed to use various pre programmed macros, such as macros for measuring line width and macros for searching multiple patterns.
4、 Gear evaluation software
This software can measure various parameters of involute spur cylindrical gears. The main parameters that can be evaluated include: pitch error, pitch error, radial runout of the gear ring, and length error of the common normal line.
5、 Report Generation Software - VMR Report Generator
This software runs on the Microsoft Excel platform and is fully compatible with NEXIV VMR AutoMeasure software. It can quickly generate various detection reports, including user-defined formats. Users can even customize the software by creating macro scripts, making it easier to use.
