The TBG-6188T turbidity online analyzer is a high-performance water quality monitoring device developed by Shanghai Botuo Instrument Co., Ltd., which integrates a digital turbidity sensor and a waterway system. This device not only can monitor water turbidity in real time, but also has remote data transmission (optional), database management, and calibration functions. Through integrated design, users only need to connect one inlet pipe and one outlet pipe to complete the installation, greatly simplifying the operation process. In addition, the sensor comes with a built-in defoamer to ensure measurement accuracy.

Installation and wiring
Installation requirements:
Choose a spacious, ventilated, and dry indoor environment.
The installation position should be 700mm above the drainage water level to facilitate smooth drainage.
Leave sufficient operating space around the instrument for easy maintenance and calibration in the future.
The horizontal height of the drainage pipe is lower than the outlet, and the total length does not exceed 3 meters, with no blockage at the end.
The inlet pipeline adopts quick connect fittings, with an incoming water pressure of ≤ 0.3 Mpa and a flow rate of ≤ 300 mL/min.
Do not share the same power supply with electric motors, frequency converters, and other high-power equipment.
Wall mounted installation:
Drill holes and install expansion plugs on hanging boards or walls.
Align the four screw holes on the analyzer with the expansion plug.
Use a screwdriver to secure the screws, ensuring that the four screws correspond to their expansion plugs.
routine maintenance
Measurement tank flushing: Clean once a month.
Turbidity measurement tank flushing: The sensor will open the drain valve once a day to reduce the accumulation of impurities.
Instrument calibration: Click the "Calibration" button on the main toolbar of the touch screen, enter the password "7320", enter the calibration interface, and perform one or two point calibration.
Common faults and their solutions
Touch screen no display: Check the power supply, power cord, power switch, and fuse.
The measurement parameter displays 0: Check if the nine pin plug has come off and set the corresponding range.
Significant differences in measurement data: Check water quality, temperature, flow rate, and other conditions, and compare using portable or laboratory instruments.
Turbidity data abnormally high: Check if the drain valve is closed and the particle content in the water sample.
Turbidity measurement data remains unchanged: check if the drainage valve is open.
The overflow outlet of the circulation pool is not flowing smoothly or some joints are leaking water: check whether there are foreign objects blocking the outlet and whether the drainage pipeline is unobstructed.
